Package totals are calculated using current baseline bank rates (e.g. $1 USD ≈ KES 130). Final KES pricing shifts dynamically according to daily bank rates or the sovereign embassy’s internal conversion metrics at the time of official booking.
All external embassy fees and local biometric handling partner charges are completely non-refundable once processed. Our internal ETC agency service fee is likewise non-refundable upon commencement of document preparation.
Foreign ministries and logistics centers reserve the right to change processing fees without prior notice. Any external price increases before submission will be updated on the client’s final invoice.
Payment of the complete ETC fee ensures comprehensive documentation processing and booking management. However, visa issuance remains the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective host nation’s consular department.
