This is our service fee. Embassy, visa-centre and biometric charges are set by the destination’s authorities, are paid on top, and are quoted for your application before you commit to anything.
All external embassy fees and local biometric handling partner charges are completely non-refundable once processed. Our internal Elite by Phyl agency service fee is likewise non-refundable upon commencement of document preparation.
Foreign ministries and logistics centres reserve the right to change processing fees without prior notice. Any external price increases before submission will be updated on the client’s final invoice.
Payment of the complete Elite by Phyl fee ensures comprehensive documentation processing and booking management. However, visa issuance remains the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective host nation’s consular department.
