Elite Travel Consultants is now Elite by Phyl. Find out more
Helping travellers make informed decisions through expert travel consultation, personalised planning, and continuous support.
Elite by Phyl was created with a simple purpose: to make travel planning more personalised, accessible, and worthwhile.
We believe memorable travel experiences shouldn’t be determined solely by how much someone can afford to spend, but by how thoughtfully their journey is planned.
Too many travellers either overspend on trips that don’t meet their expectations or struggle to find trustworthy guidance when planning international travel.
Rather than simply selling travel packages, we focus on understanding your travel goals, preferences, and budget so you can make informed decisions and get more value from every journey.
For years you knew us as Elite Travel Consultants. In 2026 we became Elite by Phyl: same team, same care, and a name that puts the person behind every journey first. If you have travelled with us before, welcome back.
We believe travel planning should be transparent, personalised, and centred around you.
Our approach is built on four principles:
We take the time to understand how you want to travel and build recommendations around your goals.
We help you make the most of your budget by recommending options that balance value, comfort, and experience.
We aim to give you clear information so you can understand your options and make decisions with confidence.
We’re here to support you throughout the planning process and help make your journey as smooth as possible.
To become a trusted travel consultancy known for making thoughtful, personalised travel planning more accessible to travellers everywhere.
To help travellers get more from their travel budgets through expert guidance, personalised planning, transparent recommendations, and continuous support.
Whether you’re travelling for business, leisure, or a special occasion, we’re here to help you travel with confidence.
