We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific service booked and the policies of the relevant travel supplier.
Where a travel consultation or planning fee applies, the applicable fee and whether it is refundable will be communicated to you before payment.
Once the consultation or planning service has commenced, fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Flight cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the applicable airline.
Airline penalties, fare differences, and administrative charges may apply.
Hotel cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific hotel or booking provider.
Some rates may be partially refundable, fully refundable, or non-refundable.
Cancellation and refund terms for tours, activities, transportation, and other experiences are determined by the relevant service provider and will be communicated where applicable.
Fees paid for visa application assistance may be non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Visa application fees charged by embassies, consulates, governments, or other authorities are generally subject to the policies of those authorities and may not be refundable.
Elite by Phyl does not guarantee visa approval.
If a service provider cancels or significantly changes a confirmed service, we will communicate the available options to you and assist you where reasonably possible.
Refunds will be handled according to the applicable supplier’s terms and applicable law.
